Pumpkin Pie Spice
Pumpkin pie spice (also known as pumpkin spice) is an American spice mix that’s used in a lot of fall recipes. The fragrant spice mix is a blend of ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and allspice and best known as an ingredient used in pumpkin pie. It’s similar to the Dutch speculaas spice mix and the British mixed spice.
