This smooth chocolate buttercream spiked with Baileys just melts in your mouth. It’s chocolate, but with a nice smooth hint of caramel from the Baileys.

Ingredients
- 125g butter
- 250gram confectioner’s sugar
- 1tbsp cocoa powder
- 1tbsp Baileys
Instructions
- In a bowl, add butter and with an electric mixer beat until it’s creamy.
- Add confectioners’ sugar and cocoa powder to the butter and mix till it’s incorporated.
- Add Baileys and mix until nice and creamy.
- Use as cupcake topping or as a filling for cakes.
Recipe Notes
You can use 1 tbsp milk instead of Bailey’s for a non-alcoholic version.
