And just like that, another year has passed. Time has really flown by this year! I’ve been posting more and have seen an increase in viewers. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you that enjoy the blog. I love sharing my recipes with you and I hope you enjoy making them!

10. Skúffukaka – Icelandic Brownies

I have to say, I was surprised to see this Icelandic delight on the list. Not because it’s not a delicous recipe, because it is. It’s one of the recipes I have made for my ‘Baking My Way Around The World’ adventure. I had never heard of it before, I’m able to introduce more people to this recipe now as well!

I absolutely love this tart. And I’m super happy to see that it made it into the top 10!

This sweet and crispy dessert is so good, I’m not surprised it ended up in the top 10. It’s super easy to make and tastes so good!

If I’m not mistaken this is actually my most shared recipe on Pinterest. So I’m not surprised it ended up in the top 10, I am a little surprised it didn’t end up being number 1 or 2 though. This is still my ‘go to’ recipe whenever I want to quickly bake some muffins.
