Top 5 Posts of the 30 Day Blogging Challenge (so far)
I made it half way through my 30 Day Blogging Challenge! Today is day 15 and I figure this is a good time to share the Top 5 posts you’ve all visited.
Four out of the five posts are recipes and one is the first post I wrote for the challenge.
At number 5 we have the first post I wrote for this blog challenge. It’s funny for me to see this post in the list. I would’ve thought some other posts would’ve topped it. But it’s great to see that you’ve all really been interested in my new challenge 🙂
Number 4 on the list is my Homemade Vanilla Extract recipe. An easy way to make your own vanilla extract and well worth it. Everyone should have a little bottle in their cupboard.
I’m happy to see a savoury recipe made it into the top 5. This French sausage wrapped in a crepe recipe is so easy to make and delicious.
The runner-up is the amazing Pasteis de Nata recipe. The custard infused with lemon, cinnamon and vanilla combined with the crisp puff pastry are a great combination. Simple flavours, maximum taste. Everybody should have a bit of a Portuguese custard tart at least once.
At number one is the Polish Plum Cake. The really moist cake on which the butter topping melts onto the plums during baking and once it’s out of the oven it soaks into the cake. Just thinking about it now makes me want to bake it again. This is cake recipe with fresh plums is a great recipe for the summer.
These are the statistics, but what’s been your favourite post since I started the 30 Day Blogging Challenge? Let me know in the comments or on Facebook.
